DIYA STUDIO OPEN DAY '09
A Christmas Party with a Bollywood Twist!

After last year’s amazing response, I am excited to invite you to share the Diya Studio Open Day experience with me, in my sacred space of Love, Life and Happiness:

SATURDAY, 12 DECEMBER 2009
5pm onwards @ Diya Studio 91 Sydenham Road, Norwood view map

I will personally be doing Henna on the night from 5pm–8pm and will only book 50 people for the night. So please come early to get a number for yourself! Should you want to share the experience, you can also purchase gift vouchers and gift a Henna Experience at my studio :)

Thanks to your help and support for my passion, this has been Diya Studio's third year producing Henna Craft in Adelaide. In addition to the ceramic bowls, decorated lanterns and other craft, there will be a few new surprises as well!

Bollywood
As you may know, Bollywood has always been an addiction for me! Therefore, the Open Day will be themed in the colours of Bollywood — you're welcome to come dressed up if you like, but don't stress if you can't tell your sari from your bhangra. ;)

Delicious Pakistani finger food will be served through the evening by Amina's Kitchen. Drinks will be available but if you can bring your favourite brew along if you want!

This year, I've also got some special friends sharing their passion with you all:

5.30pm — Adrian Sherriff will share his love of native bush animals. Kids and adults can hold the animals and take pictures with these beautiful creatures that make our world so special. www.animalsanonymous.com.au
6pm — Rachna Subir Sen, the brow guru of Adelaide (if you ask me!!), will be doing hand-drawn, fancy bindis for all to enjoy!
7pm — Hannah McNicol and Morgan Taubert will play their mystical tunes on flute and drums. If you play a musical instrument, bring it along and join in!
8.30pm — Adam Lobbestael plans to mesmerize us with a warm glowing performance, sharing his passion for fire! Check out the video online: www.razedinflames.com.au
